From a time when it seemed like a rule to have a "z" in their name in place of an "s", came this group from New Jersey, signed to IllTownRecords thru Mad Sounds(a subsidary of Motown)."Oh Yeah" is produced by Kay Gee of Naughty By Nature, who is pretty underated when producers are mentioned. Sticker on the sleve proclaims it an anthem, and this shit was for a minute. I used this at alot of house parties thru 95-97 steady, it always got a good response crowd wise. It samples from "Say Yeah" by the Commodores on their Lp Natural High, on Motown, 1978. An RnB jackmove happened in 98 by Tamia, a fate which many dope hiphop records couldnt escape at the time.
